quite an official day over here in kriheli-land. first off, i filed incorporation paperwork for the formation of liquidboy as its own entity, liquidboy, inc. this has been put off for a long time now and i measured the pros and cons of possibly becoming an LLC instead, but after much deliberation, it is now settled and my decision has been made. i am moving forward with this and with that, i am thrilled. i also filled out paperwork to drop the "arie" in my legal name - a personal decision as 2003 is giving birth to richard kriheli, liquidboy... and hopefully soon... inky! so it has been a busy start to the new year, but it won't stop there. :)
