regression. i stayed in bed most of the day so i can expidite the healing of the muscle strain i think i have near my stomach area. but i regressed. why? tom green on mtv. had me laughing for an hour straight and gave my strain a nice workout. ugh. so, this morning, icy mike suggests that i take some of this for relief. i hope it works.
